We sell genuine leather jackets, coats, waistcoats, bags, and customized leather garments. As genuine leather is a natural material, slight variations in color, texture, grain, and markings may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as incorrect pricing, product availability issues, suspected fraud, or inaccurate customer information.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and sizing information.
3. Custom & Bespoke Orders
Custom and made-to-measure products are created according to the measurements and specifications provided by the customer.
Because these products are individually made, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or where required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Standard products are normally dispatched within 2–4 business days, while custom orders generally require 7–10 business days for preparation.
Delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Eligible standard products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, in original condition, and have their original tags attached.
Custom or bespoke products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they have a confirmed manufacturing defect.
